In order to streamline support requests and better serve our users, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

You should submit a ticket if you want to:
- request support for any issue with your account or problems using one of our resources
- get assistance (training, consulting) for using HPC resources
- give us some feedback
- or any other issue you would like to discuss

Please fill out an allocation/resource request if you need more compute resources or more storage.
